Conveniently located in Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan, Open-Objective Planning Services, Inc. (‘OOPS’) offers a unique variety of services and programs with respect to Kyoto, Tokyo and western Japan. From its inception in 1980 as an informal group seeking to promote inter-cultural activities, OOPS has grown into a professional organization known for the exceptional quality of its programs and services as well as its ability to design personalized services for its clients.
OOPS has designed programs and provided services for both foreign and domestic corporations, including IMAX System Corporation, SmithKline Beecham Seiyaku, Kissel Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Inc., Terumo Corporation, U.S. Bioscience, The Berlitz Schools of Languages, Inc., and The Swedish National Radio Company, as well as various agencies and universities, including the World Health Organization, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Kyoto University.
